A RETURN TO THE ALTAR OF LOVE
Nākaloka is a candlelit journey of world flutes, song and shared reflection.
An intimate gathering where live music and the wisdom of many cultural traditions meet. Guests sit together in a circle, facing one another, in a calm, alcohol-free setting.
It is an invitation to slow down, open your heart and experience moments of stillness, warmth and connection.

Arrive, settle into the circle and open a space for listening.
Let rhythm, song and movement invite you into the present.
Experience the evening’s unfolding through world flutes and voice.
Return to stillness and carry the feeling of connection with you.
When I first experienced this gathering in San Francisco, I realized it was much more than a concert.
Sacred words and music from different religious traditions were shared with such love and respect that, for a moment, the boundaries between us seemed less important.
I don’t believe unity means that all religions are the same. Unity means we can remain faithful to our own beliefs while respecting the faith and path of another person.
That is why I invited the artists to Dubai on November 8 — to share this experience in the desert with people of different cultures, backgrounds and beliefs.
This is not a religious ceremony or an invitation to change your faith. You will never be asked to recite, repeat or participate in anything that conflicts with your beliefs. You are welcome simply to listen and experience the evening in your own way.
We don’t need to believe the same things to share love, respect and a sense of connection.
I experienced this in San Francisco, and it stayed with me. Now I want to share it with you in Dubai.
